The only way to save an item is to set up an account, if you save a link, the items and logos auto regenerate each time you get back on the site, so that is why the link wasn't saving your exact item and logo. The email with the discount code often goes to your junk or spam folder depending on how your email security is set up on your account. I hope this helps you with why you had issues with the site as we did not have any complaint calls during the time your order was placed.
