"My son has a high school customized Carharrt jacket from 2013. It showed up in the laundry room a month ago so I tossed it in the washer and dryer. He was not a happy camper what was black was now faded charcoal. Feeling pretty crappy we decided this week to find something to replace it as a Xmas present. Either they couldn't get it done in time, couldn't add logo, or didn't offer Carharrt wear gear. We stumbled across this site. Not only did they have the same jacket, the school logo was already in their data base, and it will arrive within in 10days. I called to ask (Dec.5th), the phone was answered promptly and my questions answered. I even got a discount as new customer. I will update once the order arrives.
