"The Rokkitwear website is absolutely horrendous. The website is painfully slow, the login/account setup is not user friendly or useful, and the filter criteria is extremely poor. Most pages took upwards of 30+ seconds to fully load (yes on ultra high speed connections, across multiple platforms). From there, attempting to filter by brand often caused the site to crash completely (providing a server error). From a usability perspective, users should be able to search by multiple criteria as available on just about any other e-commerce platform: brand, embroidered vs printed, size, color, and by features (hoods, zippers, etc.). I personally found no reason to why certain products were embroidered vs printed, and would prefer to have this option on most products when practical. For example, none of the sweatshirt products were available with embroidered logos, only screen prints... both should be options when possible. As for the login process, it only saves past orders and current cart items, it doesn't save any shipping or payment preferences. Upon login, the site pulls you away from whatever you were looking at and puts you into an account page... when browsing, it should bring you back to the page you were previously on.
Overall, while Rokkitwear provides a great service to schools, their online ordering platform is entirely amatuerish for their industry."
