"cant wait to complete the kids play room for under $500 with floor, paint and accessories! Thank you rubber flooring inc!"
"Great product. Ordering a second time."
“Oh this is fantastic! We are so happy you have returned ~ please let us know if there is anything we can help with in the future :)”
"Ordered flooring but ended up having to delay shipping. They didn’t get that message and shipped. When I found out, they quickly took accountability and fixed it. Delivered it later on our schedule. Very professional. Good product"
“Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to provide us with this review. We are so happy we were able to assist you, have a wonderful rest of the day! ”
"In the process of researching flooring for an office rehab, I decided on a product called Core Tec. I received a quotation from a firm for 3,020.96 square feet delivered to my door at $3.05 per foot. Rubber Flooring INC, advertise quite boldly on their website that they will match and beat any competitor by 20%. I sent them my written quote of $3.05 per foot on Feb 13th. They spent almost a week working on a price match, and finally on Feb 19th, they sent me a proposal which was close, $2.74 per foot delivered. This is actually closer to 10% than 20%, so there is your first instance of false advertising. A 20% cut would of been $2.44 delivered. I decided to go ahead with the firm anyway, I placed the order on Friday Feb 20th, and paid in full total payment made of $8,274.94. Friday evening I receive an Email from Lee Pimethal (rubber flooring inc) asking me to get in touch, I tried to get in touch Friday Feb 20th, Saturday 21st and Monday 22nd, all attempts at contact were met with no reply, or being told he was in a meeting and no one else at the company knew why I had to contact him. Finally, on Tues Feb 24th, Mr.Pimethal calls me back, and tells me they made a mistake they can not price match, he didn't tell me exactly why. I was curious as to why if this was not possible it took them a week working on it, and why had they offered me a proposal. Mr.Pimenthal even had the audacity to offer me a new deal of $3.04 per foot delivered, and I asked why after all the lies, frustration and non responsiveness would I make a deal with him to save $0.01 over their competitor. Bear in mind that the offer of sale was made on Thurs Feb 19th, and full payment was made Friday Feb 20th, as best as I can find out at the point that full payment is made, and express contract has been entered into by both parties. Any move by either party constitutes a breach of contract at this point, though my only recourse would be small claims court, which is not worth the time as their firm is in AZ, and I am in NY. If they were a NY firm, I would be filing in small claims court. I received further telephone calls from Kanar Shareef on Tues Feb 24th, apologizing at being unable to do what they advertise, but with no real reasoning. I explain my position that they use false bait and switch advertising, and that per the UCC, they are in a contract, and should hold to their end. She leaves the phone call to tell me Sean (owner?) will be in touch. Jump to Feb 25th, 4pm NY time, I call to speak to Kanar Shareef, no answer, I switch to operator, and I am told again that everyone is in a meeting and can not speak, I ask about product and money, they still have my money, no one can give me an answer.and still will not release the order, quite frankly, this is now going from breach of contract to out right theft. Uddate, I receive a call form Kanar Shareef, told they will not honor their side of the contract, and are refunding my money, plain and simple break of contract per the UCC. False advertising, bait and switch."
"The company sells rubber mats. The quality of the mat is good, but after repeated attempts to get information on the description on their site of "low odor" the mats received were not low odor. Several attempts to contact were unanswered. Keep looking if you want service after the sale for your rubber matting."
"Shipping of original order kept getting pushed out so I called the company to see what could be shipped immediately. After charging additional money they failed to enter the order but of course the did collect the money. I have had to call a dozen times and still do not have a tracking number for an order that they say was shipped. They give out false direct extensions and will not provide order confirmations. Customer service is well trained in lying to their customers. Will not order from this company again. Too much hassle. "
"I ordered carpet tiles from Rubber Flooring Inc for my bday gift and had a few things come up directly afterwards so I didn't get around to doing anything with it immediately. Just under 2 weeks beyond the 30-day return window, I chatted to see if I could return it, as I'd just had second thoughts about carpeting alltogether. They wanted to charge me a 40% restocking fee and after paying my own shipping back to them, I'd get $70 back from my $200 purchase. Total BS, the cases are untouched and I have to eat $130?! They graciously lowered it to 20%, but I didn't use 20% of the product, so I don't think so.
Don't even waste your time.
UPDATE: The company contacted me based on my reviews in 4 places and they were extremely invested in making it right. Andrea called me 3-4 times to see what they could do to make a satisfied customer out of me. I appreciate them taking their reputation seriously. They'll make it right if you have issues. I only wish I had paid more attention to the timeframe to avoid the whole hassle for them and for me. "
"Having researched the Floor for our new media room I order samples from Rubberflooringinc. Was very happy with the samples so I order the very same Carpet tiles. Dropped over $1000.00 bucks and the next morning get an Email that they dont have this product and have no idea when they will get more..
And they asked me what i wanted to do about it!. (how about revers the credit card transaction and take your web site offline!) Wow. False Advertise much.
Its one thing if you just ran out of stock but why does your site let me make an order for inventory you do not have or do not have any ETA for more? That is Bait and Switch. You take my Money and ask me to change the product order. !
Do not order from this company there are others that actually stock what they sell!. Beware. "
"They take your money (require full up front payment) and never ship a product, nor do they provide details as to why something never ships or is delayed. On order since end of March and still no product thru mid May is simply unacceptable."
"STAY AWAY! Rubberflooring is more than happy to take your money when ordering samples but if they are out of stock on a color or style you won't know about if until after they deliver whatever is available. If something is unavailable, you will get a note saying which items didn't ship but they make no attempt to refund any money you paid for those non-shipped items. Also, the samples they do send are not always actual pieces of the item you are considering which basically defeats the purpose of seeing before buying. They will then ignore all attempts contact them about the issue. If they display no compunction over cheating you on small ticket orders, why do they think anyone would go ahead with a larger order? Buyer beware!"
"They were very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly."
“Thank you for letting us know how we are doing, we hope you have a wonderful rest of the day!”
"Easy to find what I was looking for. Customer reviews were encouraging."
"Decent site, works more or less."
"Simple process and flooring is good quality."
"My first time to shop with you"
