"I ordered the Gridiron Carpet by Joy Carpets from Rubberflooringinc.com. They are so quick to help you so they can make the sale but communication since the sale dropped off, and I never received my carpet.
I should have read other reviews before purchasing from them. Once they charged my card and sent the initial confirmation, they update your account online with a ship date estimate for a month later. A month goes by, and the date comes, and no update. I had to log into my account on their site to check the status, and the online account still stated the order was being processed at the warehouse, and despite it being past the estimated ship date, the account still stated the original ship date.
Again, there was no update from Rubberflooringing.com that there was a delay. It took me three times talking to someone online and finally a phone call to try to figure out what was going on, and they said they had to talk to their warehouse.
Then my account was updated online with a new "estimated" ship date for 10 days later -- without a call back, without an email confirmation about that update, either. If I hadn't logged directly into the account, I wouldn't have known.
Then when talked to the customer service rep, I asked what was going on, a few days later they told me the order had been canceled weeks ago by someone who was not the account holder. Yet my online info wasn't updated (still showing ship date) and I wasn't refunded. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because their customer service agents were completely unhelpful and uninformed. "

"It took me a while, but I finally decided on flexible tile for my garage. The large format was preferred to reduce installation time. However, the wife did not like the jig-saw style interface between the tiles. Ron (ext. 5005) did a fantastic job weaving me through all the Rubber Flooring products, their pros & cons, and their suitability for my intended use(s). We found that the 20" Nitro Coin Flex was perfect. He showed me how to play with the floor designer app on the web site. This is quite a lot of fun and I drove the wife nuts for a couple of days with various designs (of varying sanity). After some samples came in for us to Q.A., Ron then helped me through the sale and off we went. Dealing with him and the Rubber Flooring website has been a pleasure.
