"If I could give a negative rating I would. I ordered rubber flooring and indoor turf. I paid extra for express shipping with a guaranteed date of arrival. The flooring was 4 days late, plus the turf was cut to the wrong dimensions. Instead of 8' width of turf, I now have 7'9". They are arguing with me about refunding the express shipping and offered to give me $100 credit instead. This was supposed to be resolved in 3-5 days and it has taken over a month and still no resolution. This has been one of the worst examples of customer service, and product delivery that I have ever experienced."
"I ordered 6 tiles so that we can get a clear idea of the quality of the tiles and colors before placing a large order. I ordered 2 tiles in 3 colors. I was sent the wrong color for 2 tiles. I immediately contacted customer support via their chat feature. I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. I was not so I contacted again. I was told I would be receiving two tiles in the color I ordered and someone from customer service would email me a return shipping label. After 1 1/12 weeks I finally got an email from someone saying that I was sent an email and per our phone conversation these are the steps I needed to take to get the 2 correct tiles and return the "damaged" merchandise. What??? I have to jump through hoops to get sent two tiles less than $10 total and I have to take pictures of the wrong tiles as proof that I was sent the wrong order to get a return label?? No thank you. Will be taking our larger order to a more reputable company."

"Placed an order with this company and prior to the delivery I telephonically cancelled the order. The package still arrived at my residence and left at my front door without a signature on 11/08/2017. I called up FedEx and was provided an option to personally drop it off at the nearest FedEx location or let it remain at my front door until their return to pick it up. Attempting to secure the package from theft I decided to deliver it to the FedEx location that same morning. The package was then returned back to the merchant and received by them on 11/13/2017. After calling this company on numerous occasions I was given the runaround as I attempted to get my account credited. As of 01/02/2018 I am still attempting to have my account credited. After all the previous phone calls placed to this company they have the audacity to now claim that the rolls were returned damaged and that the items were discarded. Based on their explanation they will not credit my account."
"Ordered 31 boxes of Naturesort deck tiles on December 12th. Ordered via phone. Salesperson was very polite and careful. She explained that these tiles were not an in-stock item, and it would take 5-10 days to ship, and that they would arrive via a semi truck-trailer rig to my house, and she said shipper would contact me 24 hours prior to delivery and that I would need to be home to accept the shipment. On December 15, I was notified that my tiles had been shipped, and then contacted by shipper to schedule delivery. I called shipper and set up delivery to occur on December 18 between 11am and 4pm. Truck showed up at my house about 3pm, polite driver unloaded my pallet of tiles which arrived with no damages and were exactly what I ordered. I consider this transaction to be one of the easiest I have ever experienced, with exceptional delivery. Not sure why so many negative reviews on this site...my experience with RubberFlooringInc.com was fantastic!"

"I ordered 12 rolls of the 4x25ft 1/4" rubber flooring. It was the cheapest option I found after doing a lot of searching. 3 of the 12 rolls were damaged upon arrival after taking them off the pallet. I called customer service on a Wednesday and they asked that I e-mail pictures of the damage, which I did. In a reply e-mail it said, give us 1-3 business days to review the e-mail. on the 4th day (still didn't hear back from anyone...) I called to see what the deal was. My "rep" was "busy" so I spoke to someone else who said my rep would have to call me back in 15 minutes. 5+ hours went by with no call back, and my repeated calls back to them couldn't land me on the phone with an actual person. I left many messages and still have yet to hear back from this horribly run company.
TERRIBLE customer service, and I will never do business with them again. "
"I was a bit wary at first about placing an order with RubberFlooringInc from all the negative reviews, but the price was good so I took a chance. I placed the order on 07/09/2017 for enough Diamond Grid-Loc tiles to cover a 2 car garage and rubber floor tiles for a 10'x10' home gym. All the tiles we shipped on 07/12 and RubberFlooringInc emailed me the tracking numbers for both shipments. I received the garage tiles on 07/13 and the gym tiles on 07/14. A couple of the boxes were ripped, but the tiles inside were all in perfect condition. The tiles were easy to install and look great! If I ever need to do more flooring projects, I will definitely buy from them again!"
"I ordered flooring 6/13/17 spent several thousand dollars. Got an email saying that the order had shipped, then crickets. Contacted RF and was told to call the shipper. Shipper says they will deliver but have been instructed by the company to collect an additional $755 dollars upon delivery. Flooring could have been delivered 7/1/17 but shipper and RF seem unable to contact each other to clear this up and I will not pay another $755 for shipping when shipping was already paid by me. I have made at least 10 phone calls back and forth and everyone has "done what they need to do" to make this move forward, but everyone is "waiting on the other party". We have an entire project being held up because the company can't get there **** in a group. I sure hope that this flooring is worth the headache."

My order never even shipped after four weeks and half a dozen times a promised call back never happened. Finally, after four weeks, they said it would be four more weeks or I could get a credit. These folks really need to get their act together just a terrible place to shop. I would never use them again."
"Don't take the sales staff's word for anything. Do independent research on the product you are interested in. They will say anything to make the sale. Complaining to the Customer Service Dept. was a waste of time. After a month of back and forth emails they finally stopped communicating with me after they had set up a conference call with Sean Conyette the Dept. Head. Because of the fraudulent representations made at the time I placed my order, I am out $1800 for a product that did not solve a problem they said it would. When I complained to BBB they misrepresented the basis for my complaint and did nothing to resolve it. They have still not tried to contact me to resolve the complaint."
"The price of the flooring cannot be beat. The process and the attitude of the Customer Service team, one person in particular is the issue. My floor was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Rubber Flooring uses several carriers to deliver. According to the website RF gave me, the delivery was supposed to be made on a Friday so I stayed at home from work and waited for the delivery since it is curbside. At around 4pm, I contacted the delivery company and they said they never received a contact number from RF. I spoke with two people at the trucking company and both said they did not get a contact number. I had my installer and another contractor set up for Monday to get it installed. Since there was no contact information, the trucking company (who now had my contact info given by me) told me the earliest delivery would be Wednesday. My installer could not change their schedule so now I would not get my floor installed until after the holiday and we had company coming into town. RF's response was at first pleasant and then defiant. Kimberly asked me what they could do and then sent me to Alicia who insisted that they did everything they were supposed to and no retribution would be coming. I wasn't really asking for anything, except to acknowledge that they put me in a bad situation, although they could easily have offered to send me a small mat or something as a good will gesture. Kimberly did send me a "How to Install" video, but my issue was that the two people at the trucking company told me they received no contact information from RF and RF said they did everything correctly, In the meantime, my installation schedule was blown up and it really seemed like Alicia couldn't give a damn. Not exactly great customer service in my opinion. It felt more like a wam, bam thank you ma'am for your money and you are on your own. Certainly makes me question the "WOW!" they pretend to have."

"We wanted some flooring to convert a spare bedroom into a home gym and Kim was super helpful identifying exactly what we needed. Their was a hiccup with the shipping carrier due to our long driveway and the guy not wanting to drop the product off near our house but Rubber Flooring Inc called them and fixed the problem right away and gave us some additional money off for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this company for gym flooring."
