This company gave me A+ customer service from start to finish through the buying process and shipping process and a great price to boot.

As a conscientious online buyer I shopped as many as ten companies for price, including Amazon.com and Ebay. I found that Rubberflooringinc.com was not only competitive, but they were actually the low cost provider on the diamond lock garage tile that I was looking for.

I called and talked to a young sales representative that was very helpful in explaining exactly how the tile interlocked and fit together. He explained that I could design my entire project very easily on their website. He made me feel at ease about this project that I was considering handing over to a professional. I had taken several bids to paint with an epoxy paint and they all were in excess of $1,000 and none of them guaranteed their work for more than 6 months. I have several friends who have the epoxy and most of them have experienced peeling of the paint.

After measuring the length and width of my garage I went to the website and entered the dimensions on the project designer. I chose black and graphite colors and desined a really cool looking checkerboard pattern. I picked out the edge pieces so that I would have a small ramp as the car entered the garage. This took all of 5 minutes to design. I called the young sales representative again and ordered my tiles. He explained that they would ship my an extra 5% above and beyond my request at no additional charge. He also informed me that there was no shipping charge. Amazing. All of the tiles 19 feet by 19 feet with the edging and 5% overage delivered was around $850.

When the tile arrived via UPS after just a few days I had a short anxiety attack thinking that the project would take me all day and that it would be very difficult. In preparation I went to the website and watched a short video that showed the simplist way to begin the project. The video showed what part of the garage to start in and showed how to use your foot to interlock the tiles. Feeling much better about the project I went out to the garage and starting putting the tiles together. I should note that the tiles came in squares of four 12 by 12 tiles already interlocked. This made the project much easier to handle. I started laying the tile and within 15 minutes I had an L shape around the front and left edge of the garage. Fifteen minutes to complete the most difficult part of the project. I then spent another hour and 20 minutes putting the tiles on the ground and using my foot to lock the tiles together.... After about an hour and forty minutes my checkerboard was completed. I spent another 5 minutes securing the ramp pieces and I was finished. The entire garage was complete and it looked awesome. Totally progessional and totally cool. All of my neighbors have come over to see what I did because it looks so cool from the curb. I have given the name of the company to at least 4 neighbors who have told me this is defintely what they are going to do when they start their own project.

We choose a two color miss match application with a solid color boarder.the room size was 14.5' by 22'. When the application time came the product cut very easily and the installation only took 3 hours. the best part is that the customer was blown away with the floor.
