"The delivered product was exactly what we had hoped for; we installed the rubbering flooring over the concrete floor in our basement laundry room/workout room. The unpleasant suprise we encountered involved the delivery fee. The delivery fee we paid did not include actual delivery to our home but rather "curbside delivery" only; this was not disclosed up front. We were not prepared to haul several hundred pounds of rubber flooring rolls up our 200 foot long, up-hill driveway! The delivery driver was a big help but someone else may not be as lucky. "
