"I initially ordered a rug back on Dec 30th. I recieved an immediately confirmation number, but never recieved my rug. Then 5 days later I called to see when it would be arriving, and the customer service told me that it was never shipped because of an invalid credit card number. I stressed that i was never notified that it was an invalid number and he acted like he could literally careless and talked and laughed to someone in the background when on the phone with me. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said I will forward you to her voicemail, but you probably won’t recieve a call back. When I asked why, he said she was going to be busy. “very busy”, then abruptly sent me to her voicemail. This is my first time ordering from RugsUSA by a recommendation from my friend, and already it was a terrible first time experience and I still haven’t recieved a call back from the supervisor , or recieved the new rug I ordered."

Thought there must be a mistake at the collection place but no still only one. I get home to then get an email to say that one of the rugs I ordered was out of stock. At no point did RugsUSA tell me one of the rugs were out of stock, until 2 weeks after the email to say my order was delivered. When I got home, I checked to see if I could order rug again, it says it's in stock. I emailed RugsUSA when the rug would be in stock again, I received no answer, I emailed again, again no answer. So not impressed. I have decided not to order it again as of yet, unless I get a simple answer from my email or a huge discount as at the moment I don't feel my custom is valued. "
