"I bought a rug from another company and was having an awful time getting it. Submitted a cancelation request with the company after 11 days as nothing had been done on their side. Right after the request I found Rugs.ca, saw the one I wanted and ordered it. At 3am the company I had originally ordered with updated the order was fulfilled and shipped, therfore I couldn't cancel. I called Rugs to see if I could cancel and the rep I spoke with was all over it. The let me cancel the order and had my payment refunded by the end of the day. If I'm in the market for a rug again they are getting my business without question. A little customer service goes a long way.
