"This is our third purchase from rugs.ca, and the only complaint I have is our last rug (a large 10 x13) did not come rolled but was folded in 1/2 and then rolled, so it is extremely wrinkly. Because of the size we couldn’t just spread it out for a couple of weeks and wait for it to flatten, so it looks terrible with the furniture put back. We are hoping that it will flatten with the furniture on, but I’m not optimistic. The 6 x 9 matching carpet came rolled and looks beautiful."
