"They replaced a faulty filter for my camera and made it very easy. The faulty filter came in a filter pack. Ryther sent a new filter and did not require that I send back the old one. Customer service was great.

I ordered a camera
Three days later I was called by Ryders who wanted to check my email address and explain that I needed to upgrade to the USA model for "warranty" reasons. This involved a price increase of approx. 30%. There was nothing to indicate I was buying a camera without warranty when I ordered online so I was put off by this. They told me that I was okay because they hadn't shipped my order.
I didn't want an imported camera without warranty.
It turned out to be not so easy to cancel the order. But all is okay now.

James was able to make sure that I would get the lens on time - even though Amazon would give me my 2 day shipping for free - Ryther still had the better deal. "ay I made a large purchase for myself. A Canon 24-105L lens. I do not make these kind of purchases on a regular basis because I am a novice photographer and spending this kind of money for me is just not common place for me since this is literally as much as I live on per month.
Honestly, I have never heard of this company and Im not even sure how I got to your website. I was trying to reach Adoroma.com and somehow was redirecetd and Steve was who picked up the phone. Fate maybe? I have literally drooled for this lens for years and decided to take the plunge and today was the day. With a stomach of nerves, Steve walked me through everything step by step! I knew what I would end up with and he was directing me in the directions I need to go and gave me additional options that everyone needs to know (great suggestive selling or upselling) I will now have 2 lens hoods but I knew I wanted the rubber one anyway.
I am thankful I reached Steve.
