"$99.00 shipping, delivery and setup. That's a joke, just not funny. Guys showed up, wife showed them where the bed was to go. unfortunately our existing bed was still on the frame, Yea we slept there last night and wasn't sure if the delivery was coming when they said. The wife asked the guy to simply stand it up and set up the new one. Guys says " cant do that". I get a frantic call saying I've got to come home from work to move the bed for these two guys. I show up and there loading the bed back in the truck... Guess what... Brought the wrong bed. Wow... I guess deliver and set up means taking the new bed off the truck. I can do that for $99 bucks. Not sure if Id go through these guys again. Bed so far doesn't seem anything special. True, we've only slept on the thing for three nights now. But my wife has woken up now twice with a back ach. Never had this with our 15 year old Sealy. We only paid like $400.00 for that thing."

Reviews, specs, FAQs are all right at your fingertips but I will say the most annoying addition to my buying experience is the instant messenger constantly going off. I'm 30-years-old, not 87, I know what I'm doing. Even when I would "End the Conversation" it would still randomly make noises and interrupt my exploration of the site. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice additive but it doesn't need to be there constantly asking me if I'm doing okay like a needy boyfriend. Other than that, great experience overall and I would recommend to friends and family. "

"Great mattress, it is exactly as its described on the website. Quality craftsmanship.
The only difficulty I had was in the delivery. I have a rural address and the delivery company for my area was almost 70 miles away, so I was the last top. It was after 10pm before they were able to deliver my mattress. However, they were professional, kind and very apologetic for the late hour. Something I was willing to work around again as I just purchased a 2nd mattress today! "

"I waited about two months before writing this review to make sure but the very first night I slept on my new mattress, I could tell it was perfect! Just the right amount of support. Not too firm and not too soft. I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease so picking a mattress can be tricky but I love it. The customer service and whole buying experience was excellent as well. Couldn't be happier!"

"I was surprised to find there was a delivery charge. I think it should be identified early in the product selection process as opposed to the very last thing in the order process. You should either build it into the product price or at the first step when you quote the price state in addition to the purchase price there is a $99 delivery/set up charge. You talk about your delivery and set up service which lead me to think it was included in the product price."
