"I have read multiple times on line that Saatva offers great service. While debating whether or not to purchase a Saatva mattress I called their customer service. I told the man who answered the phone that I had some questions regarding a mattress and there was silence. I asked if he could hear me and he replied "ya". I was expecting the basic standard of care which would have been ," I would be happy to answer any questions you have" or " Of course, what can I help you with?" I was so unimpressed with this man I almost did not order a mattress. Hoping that their future service is better!"

"First I devoured Consumer Report to learn all I could about mattresses in general and to compare ratings. And of course I read on line, for weeks and weeks. Then I made my own little hand-written spreadsheet comparing the 4 mattresses I was most interested in. I ended up buying the top memory-foam mattress. Very comfy, but it slept hot for me. Given that I'm battling health problems, losing sleep is not an option. So, I called Saatva and asked every possible question under the sun, on three separate phone calls. They were polite and very informative each time. I love that everything on the website is up-front: Saatva tells us what to expect and what to expect if it doesn't happen. That's pretty Great! "I received my mattress in a timely order, but was told that the crew was unable help me breakdown the frame after i had paid for that service. They left the mattress and the new frame (not setup) and i had to take apart the bed by myself since they wouldn't help. Saatva needs to work on their customer service and delivery details.

In regards to the actual mattress, I love the luxury firm and it's just what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this piece but be prepared for the delivery. "

"My situation is a little different from most!! I have a medical condition there's no cure for. I was so excited about this amazing mattress but due to my condition The one I choose was to firm. The company sent me their high end topper!!! I still couldn't get comfortable and it had passed the deadline date so I just started sleeping in my other bed. I picked up the phone one day to call and talk to a supervisor and explained my situation. The supervisor was so kind and caring because of my condition and said " we want you to be able to use your mattress so I will send you the softer mattress that you want". Now keep in mind it was past the 90 days . I was so grateful for this kind person who really did stand not only behind their quality mattresses but customer satisfaction!!!!
If all companies had this high standard for customer satisfaction and compassion for people what a better world it would be!!!!
