"2-28-12...I would like to post an UPDATE to the post below.... I did receive a call from customer service yesterday afternoon and they explained the process of charging before shipping to ensure funds were available. They also told me that Dickies had their shipment promised but then changed it to discontinued. I have also been given a discount on any future orders with them. As I said I am willing to give them a second chance and will check back at another time. Thanks for your prompt feedback to my review.

Not very good actually. I know it is not their fault that the item I ordered was discontinued BUT it is of some concern that I had to actually call them to find this out! After 7 days with no word that my order had shipped I sent an email to check the status of my order since the web site still had order processing in the status section. After 4 more days with no reply I called and was told that the manufacturer had discontinued the painter's pants that I had ordered. I let them know that they should have informed me of this and she appoligized. She then asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a REFUND???!!! or sustitute something else. First of all that is what I wanted and the only women's pants available for painter's on their site. Second....and very confusing to me...was that they had actually charged for something that wasn't shipped! I order with online companies all the time and I have never been charged BEFORE something was shipped! She also said that she would send a confirmation email to show the cancellation and refund. It has now been 5 days and I have not seen that email. I haven't checked the status today but so far I have seen nothing credited to my credit card either. They definately need to do some work on their customer service!!!! I don't think I will be ordering from them again. I would be willing to give them a second chance if certain things mentioned were handled more efficiently

"The product I ordered was back ordered, and I was called and told that they were back ordered and asked if I would like to order another product. I was very happy with the customer service at that point. I chose to stay with the original product that I ordered and was told that the order would be in a week later and would be sent to me. There weeks later my order still has not been processed and shipped. "

"I never received it. I ordered it and a rep called me and told me that you can not ship to New York. She was very pleasant and told me where I could possibly buy it, e.g. pharmacist or gun dealer. I did call the pharmacist and they told me that they do sell it. Thank you for your help in this matter."
