"I ordered a laser to upgrade my cnc to a laser engraver. Unfortunately when it arrived and installed it would only turn on at full power and I was unable to control it. I contacted Sainsmart for help with my issue. Dia at the company responded and worked with me through the issues. Had me provide some video and photos of what is going on and then relayed that to the tech team. They discovered that my controllers were causing the issue, and without hesitation sent all new controllers for the laser and the cnc itself with one's that function and work with my set up. No cost to me. I didnt need to explain myself or negotiate a solution, they went out of their way to fix my issue as fast as possible. I couldn't be happier with this company, and the professionalism and fantastic customer service of Dia especially. I will definitely recommend them and the products to everyone I know, and I will absolutely keep going to Sainsmart in the future.

"Bought a 3018 Prover a couple of months ago and a month ago I decided to upgrade it with a 5.5W laser as well as an extension kit. The extension kit is easy to mount and and fits perfectly. Same goes for the laser. Though the extension kit arrived a bit later than scheduled, the customer support service was outstanding!"
"I ordered their 3d printer and had some issues related to setting it up (really a lack of understanding of how to assemble). I contacted customer service via email and they replied back quickly with suggestions and other diagnostic steps. The back and forth went on for about a week (their responses were fast, mine slow) and got the product working. The printer is running almost 24x7 and working like a champ!
