Shipped me a broken clock and refused to refund/accept a return

"I received a wholly broken wall clock y mail from SamsClub.com, impossible to use; all the numbers were broken, and the glass was cracked into pieces as well.
SamsClub.com REFUSED to refund/replace/accept a return because of some membership I don't have with them.
When I asked what the connection is between membership to me paying for a product and receiving a completely broken one which is impossible to use, they just kept repeating I'm not a member of their club, so there is nothing they can help me with.
If I have no membership, how is it that you still take my money, tho?
STAY AWAY!!!! FRAUD!

"RUDE EMPLOYEE'S except for Mike on Idaho Falls. You have to take a picture of the prices to not get over charged. These are the only things that seem to be consistent at this store.

Be aware if you trying to return an item, they kept our item, but refuse to refund!!

"We purchased an item of a few hundred dollars from Sam's club website. However, since we did not open and did not get chance to use it, we decided to return it in a few months to the local store, which is still under the returning policy. The manger at the local store kept our item, but refused to give us a refund. They claim we did not pay for the item as it's not in their system. I have no idea what's wrong with their system. But we showed our purchased receipt and credit card statement to show we were billed and charged. It's been over 1 month, we tried to contacted the local store and sam's club online customer services several times, and send every document they requested, including credit card statements. and they still did not give us a refund. The incident makes us lost any trust to Sam's club. Never want to buy anything from this store again."

I prefer Sam's Club over Costco the savings are HUGE!

"Great! 10+ for over 20 years we've been shopping at Costco recently joined Sam's club due to Costco is no longer certain products we enjoy. We visited Sam's club for the first time WOW! Dog food 57lbs is $18 vs 55 lbs $25 at Costco. We found plenty of can soups Costco no longer sells soups in cans, the steak price is affordable at Sam's club, we could not even touch the prices at Costco. I am an expert in memorizing especially prices from any store the amount of products and savings were a Sam's club was $80 for similar or better products the only caviat is that is 25 miles away from our city vs 6 miles away. Well Costco is been nice knowing while we're best friends, but we must depart as the savings for the same item and the products that you are no longer selling are forcing us to leave to save a lot $$ at Sam's club! "

Missing Mattress

"We were supposed to have a mattress delivered on 6/8/2020. It never showed up. I have spent hours on the phone, and writing emails, noone has given me the courtesy of contacting me. Two weeks later my handicapped, senior citizen husband (that recently had surgery , and I are still sleeping on the floor. Neither Sam's Club.com or XPO the delivery company is reachable. "

Complete BS

"I went to Sam's Club 3 weeks ago and found that they were sold out of the Splash Mats in store. I went online and they were still available. I ordered one and it said it would get to me in a week on the day that I needed it for our vacation. We never got it. It said the order went through, but had never shipped. Last Sunday I called to figure out where it was, and the customer service guy said that he couldn't say what happened, but that it wasn't my fault and that someone would get back to me within 24-72 hours. No one did. I called back and got ahold of another representative after waiting this all out, and the representative said the same thing, but this time he said they would call me back within 24-36 hours (except now it is the weekend again so maybe Monday).

This is complete crap that it has been now almost 3 weeks and I have no idea where the mat is, if I'll ever get it, and the whole reason for getting it is now over with. Add that on top of misguiding representatives who don't ever get back to me, this is complete BS!

Lesson learned- DO NOT buy ANYTHING from them online.

Worst customer service ever!

"Worst customer service ever. Manager was horrible. Made an online purchase of the Backyard Discovery Gazebo because it was on sale and had an extra $200 instant saving. So, since we were saving $400, we opted for the installation with free delivery. They delivered 3 weeks later and informed us the installers were of a different company and would contact me..they advised me it may be up to 2 weeks. Really? So anyway, no call and I finally called the company and they said they didn't have a request order from Sam's. So back on the phone, after long holds and disconnects, finally spoke to someone. They stated I didn't purchase the assembly and installation package! After back and forth, finally getting a rude a** manager, he said no pictures, no help! The invoice did not have the prices broken down, only the total price. Now I'm stuck with an $1834 pile of sticks laying in my yard. SO, I advise anyone that purchases anything from Sam's Online, to SCREENSHOT EVERY SINGLE STEP OF YOUR PURCHASE! I will never make another online purchase from Sam's. Ever. "

Worst Customer Service of any Major Store

"Worst customer service of any major company I've dealt with. Placed an order over a month ago that was to be delivered on March 17. It didn't arrive so I went on their site to track the order figuring it was delayed due to the current situation. No update on their site so I waited almost 30 minutes to connect with a customer service person. They told me they were sorry, but it appears although my order via the internet come through, they never processed it with their customer, so, in essence, I was just out of luck. Said I'd be contacted by management within two to three days. This afternoon my credit card was hit for the almost two hundred dollar order. I went to their site once again to look at the order to try to figure out what had happened. According my order page, nothing has happened. I then waited almost 30 minutes for a customer service rep just to be disconnected (a "chat with us" online customer service rep). I called their customer service line-on hold for almost an hour and a half before giving up. Back to my order page and their chat with us service. The first time I was using Firefox and that maybe their system didn't jive with it, so this time I used Microsoft edge--same thing, wait for almost 30 minutes, disconnected when it was finally my turn. Decided to give it one more shot with Internet Explorer--exact same process. "

CAR RENTAL SCAM

"I rented an Enterprise vehicle via Sam’s Club. It was a prepaid rental scheduled to begin on February 4, 2020 and end on February 11, 2020.
When I picked up the car on February 4 I mentioned that I might return it one day early. Enterprise staff said “ No problem - we only charge you for the days you have the car.” When I returned the car on February 10, I mentioned that I was bringing it back one day early. Enterprise staff said “ No problem - we only charge you for the days you have the car.”
When I did not see a credit on my card, I called Enterprise. They told me that I needed to call Sam’s Club because the rental had been made through them. When I called Sam’s Club ( and after waiting perhaps 15 minutes on hold ) I was told that neither Sam’s Cub nor Enterprise were going to give me the credit that I should have received. They said that it had something to do with the rental having been prepaid but THAT’S UTTER NONSENSE.
LESSON - DON’T DEAL WITH SAM’S CLUB car rental.

Total lack of customer service!

"Just had a fraudulent order on my Sam's account. Had plenty of time to cancel the order, but there was an error on the website while trying to cancel, and they have NO 24 hour customer service number to call! Now I see the order has been processed and on to shipping. A $900 order that, thanks to the incompetence of Sam's Club customer service, I have to pay for until my bank is able to investigate and credit my account. Cancelling my Sam's Club membership in the morning, will never shop there or Walmart again."

Lg Bundle washer dryer and styler

"Worst customer service. I will never buy appliances from them again. They make everything way too difficult. The wait is forever and the delivery company is horrible. The wrong dryer was ordered it’s not a simple switch out I ended up buying the dryer at Best Buy it was too much red tape and I was already without a washer and dryer for a month because of their **** service"
