"Wish I would have found this before I shopped at Sammydress.com. I ordered a dress and what I received was not even close to the picture I ordered. Their solution was to offer me a 20% credit on future purchases. Yeah, like I'm going to order from them ever again. I would be more than willing to return the product but it will cost just as much for me to return as it did for the dress. I think they should pay to have it shipped back because I am not the one who sent the product that looks nothing like the picture. 0 stars!

After several back and forth messages and posting a review here on ResellerRatings.com I was finally able to get back the money paid for the dress (less shipping of course). I still don't plan on using them again and can't in good conscience recommend them to others. "

However, I purchased three long sleeved shirts from them, and surprise! They actually fit. I was amazed at how thick the fabric was for one of my shirts. "Sizing sucks! Ordered a 4X. Tag says XXXXL. Actual size: 22.5" across the chest. In what 3rd world subterranean world is 22.5" a 4X? Size charts are buried at the bottom and if you've never ordered from them before, you wouldn't even know they're there. Shirt was small even compared to their chart. Was charged extra for a tracking number. When I got the tracking number, I couldn't use it because there was no link to the carrier, no matching carrier name, and Google didn't even come up with a match. Submitted a "ticket" asking how to use the tracking number I paid for. Response did not answer or even address my question. Was given the old "...customer service is our main goal..." blah blah blah blah blah.... I'll never order from them again!"

"I love the cost of their items on Sammy Dress. The selection of products is also abundant. However I do have some issues with sizing and shipments. All the sizes seems to be for Asian's and when searching for something in my larger USA size it can be difficult as the conversions are not always available.

Shipments to the USA also takes quite a bit longer. Also some of the items purchased seemed poorly made, but then again that is what you get for going cheap.

My first order arrived in about 3 weeks and it was missing two items. I had ordered 10 items and out of those 10 items, only 8 were actually shipped and out of those 8 items only 4 items actually fit me due to the sizing issues and not understanding the conversions. Out of those 4 items 2 were poorly made and did not really match the pic, but look good on, so I kept them anyway.

Customer service was great when contacting them...you have to go through their website though and be sure to check back on status of your ticket, but otherwise they were really on top of fixing my order best they could.

One of the missing items was sold out, so I asked for a refund. Was not too happy about that...how do you miss putting the item in my shipment and then it gets sold out so I can even get a replacement!

"I placed an order 45 days ago. After the first week, they sent me a message "Order Received" and a week later, a photo of a package being shipped out.

After that, no communication or response from their web ticket help system.

It has been 45 DAYS!

I expect some companies that ship from China or the Philippines may take a little extra time to deliver their products, but 45 DAYS?!?

Do not be lured in by the designer fashions, the low, low prices, or the daily appearance of their products on Sale-A-Day websites. SammyDress.com may never actually ship what they have charged you for.

"I have place several orders with Sammy Dress. My orders didn't come in order but that's ok. Some stuff is fastest then others depending on where it came from. I made a mistake once and order something I had already ordered and they cancelled my order and gave me my money back. Overall the clothes fit great, just make sure you look at the size chart its different every time. I haven't been disappointed yet! Go shop it's fun!"

"I was skeptical about buying from a Chinese made clothing company, too bad i was right. i followed the sizing they posted and the dress was supposed to fit a 14/16 US it fit a size 6. I am very disappointed as i was looking forward to wearing such an adorable dress for work. I would have to pay more than i paid for the dress to return it so my daughter will wear it, eventually. Cute stuff, great shipping times but a big fat disappointment on their sizing."
