"I was totally dissatisfied with the service provided by Sammy Dress for 4 reasons:

1.They sent me 7 items out of the 9 I had ordered.
2. I received the items at least one month after I had ordered them. Shipping from China to France is just not worth it.
3. The communication with Sammy Dress is appalling as they speak very bad English and are not very transparent about what´s happening with your purchase.
4. The standard sizes for men are not the same in China and Europe. 2 of the medium sized tops that I purchased did not even fit me.

So all in all, most of it was not even worth the long wait. And what´s the point of complaining if you have to receive a response a week later and another month or so to get compensation.

"I place my order on Aug 5 2015 and got one order with only 2 items when I ordered four, It took three weeks to arrive. I got an email on Aug 15 2015 that my second order is been shipped out. It's been over a month now and I am still unable to receive my order. I tried reaching out to their customer service team but they blocked and closed the complaint section, so I couldn't even reach anyone to speak to, I've been going back and forth with them about my missing order but they told me to check my local post office with no attempt to refund me my money or have my missing items reshipped. I would never order from this company again nor recommend them to anyone, they are very unreliable and their customer service is horrible! Please don't waste your money!!!!!!!!!!! "

"Buyers beware. The sizes are not american sizes. they are too small and you may end up with child clothes. Quality of the items is also poor. Buttons falling off when you open the packages and leftover threads will be a common issue. Also cheap fabric on most of the items.

YOU CANNOT RETURN CLOTHES!. If you do, then you need to pay the return shipping to China, which is more expensive than the clothes themselves.

I got a few items that I like, the ones that were able to fit, but buyers beware!"

"So I used expedited shipping, it was worth it and I was even able to reroute it, when I missed it at home, to come to my work.

The dress I ordered was ordered large because of the differential component to all Asian Fashion sites and now I am customizing the dress to me. I love perfecting a piece to me and I hid a stitch by the points of the purple bust so I can wear the collar popped or folded down. I will do a long dart under the armpit to take in the bust and waist.

The quality always equals what you paid and I suggest always measuring, based on size chart, in cm (most accurate).

"I love Sammy Dress! I have placed five orders with them and they have followed through with each order in a timely manner every time. I have seen some bad reviews, but the people who do not have problems do not write reviews. At least I never did until a 10 months ago. I had a real bad experience with an online retailer. Now, I have started to write about my experiences. I have ordered mostly clothing from them, so I can only write my review based on what I have ordered. The dresses I have received have been a really nice quality product. And everyone who complains about cutting a few threads has a right to do it. I just do not find it a big deal or the deal breaker. All the clothes I have received washed good on a cold water cycle in the washing machine. I do not put my clothes in the dryer. I like to save my money for other things, besides my electric bill. "I ordered a t-shirt size XL just to test out the sight. I loved the design, but the fabric was terrible and the shirt was very poorly sized. My XL adult t-shirt would be called a children's small anywhere else.

"I did my first purchase on the site just over a week ago and got it delivered to my door after just 3 business days (Ordered Wednesday night and got it Monday afternoon). Surprised me a little especially since it was coming from China. The belt I ordered was exactly what was shown on the site and very good quality and I like the heaviness of the buckle. The dress shirt I got though wasn't exactly what was shown in the picture (was more of a white and black vs the black and dark grey I was expecting) and as I read the sizing chart wrong it was too small for me. Will be donating it to the GoodWill though as someone will likely want to pick it up. I also got a polo shirt which I very much like. Its a soft material and fit quite well for it being a slimming shirt. I also ordered some cargo shorts but they did not come in the first shipment but I was notified of that in the shipment email I received. They are currently on their way as I type this so will add to this once I get it if I can. As I got a code for a discount for signing up and earned some points towards another purchase I have put in another order for another belt and a couple more shirts. If these new items are just as good as I am hoping they are I will definitely be making another order by the end of the year. I opted for the expedited shipping as for Canada it wasn't much more than the flat rate (which would of taken much longer to receive) and surprisingly was cheaper than standard shipping."
