It's easy to order and pay , always have email discounts and promotions. Customer service is good. They always aim to make sure your order is looked after and you receive it.
Coming from China, it does take some time, but I have never not received my items.
My current order that I just received was some pants that I have been eyeing on the website since they arrived online. I am super happy with them and cannot wait to show them off. "

1) Took almost a month to receive my order

2) I had to pay additional fees for my shipment in addition for the expedited fee i paid them (3-7 day shipping)

3) The quality of the clothing is horrible
the colors aren't the same for the different sizes
the stitching is coming out on a few items
the metal pieces are rusted and discolored
some of the items aren't fully put together

4) They had a "back order" on some of the items, so i requested a refund. I have to have a paypal account for them to send me my refund.

"This is the most ridiculous experience i have ever had shopping online. At first all seemed fine. Paid, shipped no issues. Then nearly 4 months later, i sent out a support ticket saying okay I'm patient but seriously 16 weeks? My conformation said it shipped mid April , it is now Aug. My first support ticket went fine, they told me the problem was me and to contact my local post office ( who knew nothing about it ). Upon further reviewing my purchase, their system literally deleted parts of my address line. So i sent a second ticket, they responded. However when i went on to their support center, i would try to open the ticket and get a message saying "please sign in" ( which i was). so i contact the live chat, the guy tells me its a problem with my email, and cannot seem to understand that THEIR support center is the problem. Needless to say i will not be going back."
