"I placed an order with expedited shipping on July 23rd and did not receive it until August 6th! Once I received these items, I seen they are very cheaply made! They do not look as pictured, they have strings hanging out every where! One of the dresses look like it was made out of a pillow case! I've tried multiple times to reach them to return these cheap items, and when they responded, they wanted pictures! I tried uploading pictures & they deleted the question! Their customer service sucks & if you want to return items you should be able to with no question! I would never recommend this site to anyone!

Update as of today they replied with wanting pictures yet again, but with no link to upload them. They could send an email to which I can attach the pictures but keep responding to my emails with one you can't reply to. Bottom line is they do not want to refund my money or resolve this issue. They have email accounts that you can reply to but are refusing to email from those accounts like they did in the past. Do not ever ever buy from this site they are a rip off!"

"IF there was an option to choose a negative rating, I would do it. My review in short. I had purchased 5 items. Out of which 3 were shipped and received after a month choosing the most expensive shipping option. After receiving, I realised that 2 of the items were fake and made of the cheapest quality (such as worn out thread, different material, irregularly sized collar, unfinished button holes, etc) when compared to what is displayed on the website. One, for the love of God was exactly as shown on website. Being really disappointed I was still awaiting the remaining 2 items which were out of stock after i placed the order. When asked, they said these items are been shipped and returned even without my knowledge. Apparently, they were at the post office in my city and I wasn't informed as they had shipped it using the cheapest freight service, even though i had already opted and paid for the premium shipping service with tracking option. Been frustrated, I demanded them to reship the items and they asked me to pay extra 5$ for the same. I still went ahead not realising i was been trapped in Daylight Robbery. After paying 5$, they shipped it, gave me a tracking code and i waited. 8 Days later, I found that the item is been shipped back to the sender for unknown reasons even before it reached the delivery point. I was agitated, and asked them to ship this again at their cost. They still demanded me to pay extra 5$ again for their mistake. Since i refused to do so, they reponded to my query saying.

We are sorry that the reshipped order has been returned to the NL post office and it has been destroyed. As it is the reshipment, we do not have the third shipment according to the company policy in case there will the same situation in the future.
We would like to refund you the 5 usd you paid for the shipment according to the company policy.
As we have made the compensation and suffer the cost for the second order.
We hope you can understand us.

The questionnaire asks price and services items are cheap however the fact they charged for items not received $48.86 for a poorly made tank top way expensive."
