"I ordered a Medium size bathing Suit (which is my normal bathing suit size I now wear), but when I tried it on, it came out so small. Their sizing is just missed up! They do not want to return it for my full refund or even exchanging it for a bigger size without cost! This is ridiculous. "

"for the most part I end up very satisfied with my items and shopping experience. I think they could do better at marking what items are out of stock so that way customers understand it could take quite awhile for items to come back in stock and ship to them so they can decide whether or not they would still like to purchase the item. I wish shipping was a little faster but it is fairly decent on items that are in stock and ready. I love the sammy wallet options for refunds it makes everything so much easier and faster and the money is right there so you can order something else, also the points from doing reviews is awesome cause then you get $$$ off your purchase total! who doesn't love saving extra money right.
