"1. Samsung Customer Service with Renzie was ten (10) stars. Best experience ever and follow-up.
2. Wish had chosen Samsung vs LG when purchased $3000.00 refrigerator. Won’t make that mistake ever again. Home Depot was wrong, Parts/Maintenance is NOT better with LG on island of Guam. Actually, its your worst night-mirror.. Service tech admitted most folks give up on LG’s warranty and buy parts themselves!
3. Parts direct should offer Priority shipping by USPS. StandRd shipping takes 30 days, comes by boat, sometimes boxes open/missing parts. Actually, unreliable. UPS is even worse as parts at times are returned if notices were not noticed on mailbox or not actually left. Priority USPS takes 10 days arrives safely!
4. Retiring soon in Philippines. Seriously, need new top end appliances for new home. Samsung will be my first choice now based on service support! Samsung, Go Go Go."
