"Oh I can finally leave an actual review, b/c the service team on the website has control over what you post there (there is no way all 1100 something reviews can be positive!) The store does take reviews personally, which is horrible if you are in business. Take the reviews and try to fix it, not hold a grudge. I tried leaving a negative review and they emailed me and told me to send in a detailed complaint, and they erased my neg. review on the site. So I had to leave a better review. I have ordered from them twice, the first time I ordered two things, both with diff. shipping dates. Be warned you get everything at the later date and they do not ship things separately. So, that was what my first review was about, which they erased. My second order was 7 Day Delivery. I did not get the email that the item was shipped until the 8th day (literally) and now it is taking over 12 days to get here. I can't complain, b/c I feel like they hold a grudge against me now, and Im trying to be patient. Its located in India, so go figure. Also, when I send a detailed email about shipping, the way they fixed the site was so weird! Hence why they dont have free shipping anymore on everything, I believe. They need to do a better job of keeping customers informed about orders, b/c otherwise we are left guessing on stuff we paid for. And just overhaul the whole website. It needs a lot of fixing. Great products though, just don't take reviews so personally. Im still waiting on my second order, so we will see how that goes.With that said, they do a great job stitching and the colors are better in person. The service team is fast with replying and fairly helpful. Send them an email if you have any concerns (i.e. sleeve length, blouse stitching, sizes, etc) b/c they wont reply if you send a comment when you order. And no Sareez, don't ask me to send you an email, just take what I said here into consideration. Phew! Im so glad I finally got to leave a detailed review of my actual experience!"

"I ordered 4 saris and only 3 arrived. Every time I spoke with customer service they said my 4th sari was on the way and not to worry, but it never came. Last, they said that the sari got damaged and for me to replace it, I quickly emailed them with a replacement SKU, and now they will not even respond to me. I have got to another website to buy the 4th sari. I will never order off this site again."

"I am not completely happy with my experience with this company. I ordered a saree knowing that it would take a few weeks to arrive. The package was shipped and reached me about three weeks after I placed the order. However, the box contained the wrong garment. It was a pink and tan salwar and pyjama set. Lovely but not what I ordered despite having the correct order number on all the paperwork. The process of returning it was started quickly but still took close to ten days to complete. I had to ask about a replacement or my money back and was told to pick a new garment. I did so and chose a 7-day saree. The order was placed June 21, 2013. That was thirteen days ago and it is still listed as "processing." When I asked the chat agent on Wednesday, 7/2, how much longer, I was told I should have it this week. Obviously this will not happen since its Friday and my order is still processing. I was also told, "Sometimes processing takes time." Don't promise 7-day shipping if it isn't going to happen. Thankfully I had an alternative outfit to wear to my event last week.


Update 7/5: Thank you for letting me know why it is delayed. I really appreciate it. Understanding the process helps me accept the delay. "
