"I ordered my first item from this website. It was definitely marked for 7 days delivery, so I ordered it.
Now after 7 days I am getting different answers from their online customer service and mails from support.
They are saying it was 25 days item.
The mail I got says, there was only one item in the stock which was shipped to the customer ordered before me!!
I am disappointed as they screwed my first order.
I really needed to order more, based on my first order.
Hoping that at least they will keep their promise to deliver it in 25 days..instead of 7 days.. :(

I finally got my churidar after selecting replacement for the original. The overall quality of stitiching was very poor. The fitting was ok, but the way the fabric was stitched was really bad. Front and back panel of kameez is of different length!
I would be skeptical to order again! Stitching charges in North America are very high..thats how I got attracted to this website. It's good they offer free shipping, but they should have more quality check on the products being shipped. Even readymade churidars have better stitiching!"

Every single time I get a hold of someone from sareez.com all I get is LIES about my order saying "oh it will get shipped out next week" Lies and more LIES they keep telling me, i would not mind the waiting if they were upfront about it and stop LYING to me. I have saved chat transcripts to prove the lies this company keeps telling me. Their available time by phone is not true. The mobile phone is turned off & the others keep ringing without an answer. The online chats are a waste of time - worst customer service I have ever come across. Have they been trained to give cryptic non-answers? Do they think customers are fools?
I ordered a sari on 3/27/13, entered measurements on 3/28/13. When I checked in April I was told I will receive the sari by or before April 15th.
On 4/16 I chatted with them and following is the response I received "well mam ur product is in under process so no need to worry at all "; "u will receive it in right time"; Finally when I asked to speak to a Supervisor there was no answer from online support although I waited for 10 minutes!Then I e-mailed them (ticket HJN-758-11149) & this was the response on 4/16 -"Thank you for mailing us. Your product is on process and its 25 days delivery product. So it will take 25 business days to ship to you after placing the order."
On 5/10 when I inquired saying it has been 32 business days already, I was given the following response on 5/11 "Thank you for mailing us. Sorry for delay. Actually your product facing some manufacturing issues. So it will late. If you want replacement we will ready for this same."
It is 5/16 today and I am still waiting. I am not sure whether they will deliver the product or not because nothing has been stated clearly.
When I initially came across this site I was thrilled and I told all my friends about it. I am quite disgusted now and will also tell all my friends about it. If someone in sareez.com management sees this, please let me know CLEARLY in PLAIN English (not cryptic double-talk) what is going on please. Thank you very much."

"Asked online support if they could make a plus size outfit for me. They said yes be because they need to add extra material I should think carefully as it may not look the same and I could not return it. So I said I would leave it and have a refund. They said refund would be issued in 72 hours. No money. Emailed again. Money should be back in 24 hours. No money. Still waiting for my refund!"
"This has been my absolute most horrible shopping experience. I ordered a 10 day delivery salwar weeks before the date I needed it for. I made sure I told them that I needed it by May 8th because I have a wedding I needed to go to. Before the 10 days were over, I noticed that my item still wasn't shipped and when I called, they promised I'd get it within the 10 days. 9 days came, they said the same thing. On day 10, I called and they finally told me that they were having issues stitching my salwar and shipping will be delayed. I told them that that is unacceptable because I needed it for the wedding coming up in just a few days. Again, they promised it would be shipped. It is now 2 days before the wedding and still no salwar. I have cancelled my order and am awaiting my refund. I advise you not to shop with this website. The customer service is not helpful and they do not inform you of any changes to your order. Save your time and money and go shop somewhere else. I cannot attend the wedding I planned to because I now have nothing to wear because of them. If they had at least informed me beforehand, I would have had time to order something else but now it is too late.

Sareez.com offered to give me a free item due to my poor experience which was very kind. However I am still very disappointed. I ordered a salwar from 7 day delivery and received it later than I was supposed to after calling customer service repeatedly demanding that they ship my item. When it finally came, quality was poor. Strings were hanging off of my blouse and the pants that came with it was just useless. It was so small that I couldn't even get my feet through even though the measurements I attached were 1-1/2 inches bigger than I really am. When I washed the pants, they just shriveled up and seemed to have shrunk. I know it is not due to my washer because my sister ordered a salwar from this site and her pants came out fine after being washed. I feel as if they intentionally made my item very poorly due to the fact that it was free. In addition to that, I ordered 2 salwars from 7 day delivery and it was supposed to be delivered by now. Once again, shipment is delayed and I am even more disappointed. I gave sareez.com a second chance and I am now smarter to not give them another one. I have been treated very poorly as a customer and will never shop here again. As I advised you in my last post, do not shop with these people. They will only disappoint.

That is not what I was told on the phone. That is false advertising. I was told 7 days so I expect to get my item in 7 days. If you cant deliver within that time, you should let me know and take that off of your website

"I purchase a saree from Sareez.com and I it was shipped to me from India to the USA within 3 day! Amazing! Most importantly the SHIPPING WAS FREE! LOVED IT! My saree was the most beautiful saree I have seen! The blouse was even better. It was made exactly to my specification! The saree blouse even had an outlining that matched the saree on the sleeves and the back bottom of the blouse. I absolutely love Sareez.com! I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP THERE! I had purchased a saree from Utsav Fashion and a month later Utsav Fashion informed me that they ran out of my saree that I had already ordered and paid for and they wanted me to pick another saree. This never happened with Sareez.com! I chatted with saree.com and they told me that my saree is out for stitching! I loved how they knew exactly where my saree was and when it will be done!
