"I purchased a DeLonghi DC514T Esclusivo Drip Coffee Maker on November 8. Within 7 weeks, the "Aroma" feature stopped working. That feature was the reason I made the purchase of this coffee maker. I contacted customer service at DeLonghi and provided them with my Invoice. After 3 follow-ups with them, they have ignored every contact I have made with them. I am rating Seattle Coffee Gear as "Very Dissatisfied" for selling me a product that the manufacturer does not stand behind. Do not purchase DeLonghi products at Seattle Coffee Gear or elsewhere."
