"My only suggestion would be to add a "guest check-out" option, as many sites now offer, rather than requiring everyone who's making a purchase to set up a login & password. Occasional or one time customers would certainly appreciate not having to take this extra step just to place an order. Other than that, SCG's site is both attractive and easy to navigate, plus they carry high quality products. For coffee lovers this site is highly recommended."

"I don't even remember how I actually found the SCG website (Probably via google) but I was able to watch the many many videos and "educate" myself. I was reluctant to spend a great amount of money for a superautomatic and the one refurb I was interested in was sold out, so I opted for the Capresso Coffee A La Carte.

I guess around 3 days had passed since I placed the order and I was visiting the SCG website and noticed the superautomatic was indeed in stock!!! So I got on the phone, called SCG and was able to cancel my order for the Capresso and get the refurb Saeco I wanted... Thanks SCG!

P.S. - Can we get some videos on how well the superautomatics brew a long coffee? Would it be an over extracted shot and is there a way to "dial in" the shot for this?

"I found out after ordering at $200+ item that it could have qualified for a 10%-off rebate; i contacted customer service but was told they have no way of applying it since the order is already placed/shipped. However, it certainly is possible; either the guy doesn't know how to do it or the company does not support it. Either option is not satisfactory.

For companies that are vendors (e.g. they do not make something unique, they sell a specific item that is sold my multiple competing vendors), pricing and customer service are what distinguish one from another.
If a company wants returning customers, they let them have access to all of the specials/discounts that they would offer to any customer. I don't like finding out soon after ordering an expensive order that I could have saved money if I had known about their special."
