"My experience with Seattle Coffee Gear has been excellent from the very beginning.
Quick answers to my questions, and the prices are usually OK.
Attendants are very polite and committed to give precise information every time they are asked a question.

I would just ask you to check the information at the moment we purchase a product. I had the impression that it said 3-day delivery. Then, I found out later that it`s 3 to 5 business days. That makes a big difference, for I depend on the products to be delivered up to a certain date, so they can be brought to Brazil. Sometimes I don`t find out early enough to be able to buy anything, so I just do not shop and get very sad.
I might have the goods arrive at my brothers house in Chula Vista-CA after his departure. That means it`ll take perhaps another year for me to get these products.
Just check it, I might have misunderstood the information, but I believe it was misleading.
The package has to arrive today, or else, I won`t be getting it until end of next year, when he comes again, or even the following year.

Because I don`t know if it was my fault or not; I`ll rate "very satisfied"
