"Before I purchased the Rancilio espresso machine with its grinder, I spent some time comparing online stores. Seattle Coffee Gear was one of the few places that offered truly unbiased advice online and over the phone about the equipement they sell; this is one of reasons I felt comfortable purchasing from them. According to many, it takes time to really brew good espressos and steaming milk with the Rancilio. Two days afther receiving the equipment, Seattle Coffee Gear sent me an e-mail with all the instructions nesesary to brew a good espresso with crema and steaming the milk. I folowed their intructions and It only took me a couple of days to pull a good shot of expresso and steaming milk. I will purchase again from this store."
