You had sent me a follow-up inquiry for this review but I had not received the coffee system until yesterday. The Vienna Plus coffee machine I ordered arrived in excellent condition and looks like new. I was a bit disappointed in the color I ordered (graphite) as I thought it would be closer to black. Nevertheless, it is consistent with your nomenclature and I should have inquired further to verify the color. Lastly, the shipping interval seemed long to me and since you followed-up with me on the review it must have been long to you also. This was no big deal. Overall I was pleased with the service and the quick response to my email.
