"I want to tell you that you guys are great and what sold me on buying our next espresso machine from your store was your videos......! I found your store after purchasing our very first espresso machine off of Ebay....(lesson learned) but in the meantime while our Starbucks' barista worked for about a month and it was great while it lasted....we enjoyed the cappuccinos....then we went searching for parts....and walla....I found seattlecoffeegear. I absolutely love Gail's videos and the way everyone has fun while being informative at the same time. If I were in the state of Washington...I would make Seattlecoffeegear a must stop at least once a month if not more.....are you hiring? (only kidding).

So, our 2nd and BRAND NEW espresso machine is this Via Veneiza by Saeco. Just like the 10 yr old Starbuck's Barista only the dials are backwards....(I'm getting better at punching the correct ones) I ordered online and instead of "paying attention" to what I was doing......I was also talking while typing...I ordered a refurbished one instead of a new one....almost immediately after realizing what I did I shot an email to them because they might see a email before I could call the next morning and fix it. The next morning the gal on the phone was great and no problem upgrading me. I LOVE this machine! Packing was great...the service is excellent...you won't be disappointed. My next splurge will be a nice coffee grinder...(from Seattle coffee gear of course) we are finding out quickly that all grocery stores with those coffee grinders in their coffee isle are not all the same nor work the same from visit to visit....otherwise....I'm a very very happy coffeeholic!
