"I ordered a Rocket Giotto Evoluzione from Seattle Coffee Gear after doing a lot of research on the best machine for me, which by the way, is my first real espresso maker. Most of my study was just watching several hours of SCG videos of Kat and Gail demonstrating various machines and related devices. The videos were educational and very entertaining.

I ordered the Rocket via the internet on a Friday afternoon and really expected nothing to happen until the following Monday. To my surprise, it shipped that day and arrived at my home in Alabama on time. Everything came in one “heavy” box. It took a while to unpack and set up but was not as complicated as expected.

My only negative comment is regarding the water line connection. It didn’t come with a BSPT to NPT adapter and SCG is out of stock for that adapter. Gail mentioned in the included DVD that SCG has a good working relationship with the Rocket company. I would recommend they use their influence to encourage Rocket to modify the connection for US sales or to include the adapter with the total package.

Overall, my experience with SCG has been very positive and I would definitely recommend SCG to my friends.

"It was good. Unfortunately, their prompt notice (that one item was back ordered) went straight to my gmail spam folder unnoticed. But I called them when it was overdue, and they apologized, letting me know of the delay, and of their earlier email stating such. They said it was due in stock roughly 2 weeks, but it shipped out the next day.
Now I'm ordering another part, as one part I ordered doesn't fit my machine, but they're not at fault.
I hope it arrives soon, but it just wouldn't be right to be very anxious for espresso.

Update: They shipped the item I needed promptly & well packaged. My espresso machine works well now. Life is good."

"Espresso accessories and coffee Items were packed well and arrived quickly. Seattle was out of the Saeco Aqua Prima filter when I ordered however and a suggestion I have is to carry a larger more econmomical food grade lubricant option to lube superautomatic brew groups with. FGL2 - Food Grade Lube would be an option.
