"I Placed an order to Mexico on December 3, 2011. I did the wrong way, my fault, but it was because a wrong web page that did not show the button for "International Clients". They responded that the only way was to cancel my order and refund my money ... so I agreed to that. It has been almost 10 days and the order has not been cancel and I have not received my refund. I think its a lot of time for something that should be made instantly !!!!! OTOH, the Company (Bongo or like that), who ships for Seattlecoffeegear the international orders has VERY EXPENSIVE rates and they charge TAX (they should't) !!!"
