"SCG was great to work with. I say this not because ordering-shipping-receiving was quick and easy but because they have a feature on their website that, if used, let's you know via email when an out-of-stock item is available again. It was so nice not to have to check the website every few days to see if the item I wanted was available!"

"Overall, I'd say my experience buying things with them is pretty positive after 3 orders. However, some times I find their product descriptions a bit lacking, i.e. I would have probably not bought Aeropress filters if in the description they had said filters were included with the Aeropress or I would have liked to know which generation Coava Kone they were selling."

"It was really good except I was under the impression the order was going to all come FedEx and only the machine came that way and the rest of my order was USPS and was sent to my physical address and I didn't get it because I have a PO Box. I emailed to find out if they had gotten conformation that the order was returned to sender and haven't heard back from them. I am still waiting for my other parts I ordered and could really use, but I know they have to make sure they aren't going to get ripped off from somebody. I wish I would have bought the stuff locally just so I would have it. I wish they would have told me so it would have been right."

"I purchased a refurbished Saeco Syntia stainless steel espresso machine. It was delivered on time and shipped complete. The machine was as-new with just a few minor scuff marks, in line with the company's disclaimer about refurb equipment. The machine makes an awesome cup of espresso and as I'm using it in my office, it has become the envy of all my coworkers down the hall :). Overall an excellent buying experience, I will defenitely recommend Seattle Coffee Gear and would certainly buy there again! "

"We received the espresso machine and it works EXCELLENT......THANK YOU!!
I was under the impression that two seattle coffee gear 'shot glasses' were included free of charge for purchasing a Saeco Aroma Espresso Machine. After I added the two shot glasses to my cart and commenced to 'check out', the pop up said that the two glasses were included in the purchase so I cancelled the purchase of the shot glasses. However, upon receiving the machine there were no shot glasses neither was there an extended warrenty which was also advertised as free of charge.

"I purchased a very expensive coffee maker, a Technivorm Mochamaster, from Seattle Coffee Gear. The company stated that the shipment would take place in 5-9 business days. I ordered it on Nov 8th and did not receive it until Nov 22 (you do the math). I called the company at least twice to follow up with them on the purchase and when I should expect the merchandise. Essentially, they had no way of tracking it. "Great," I thought. I spent close to $300.00 on a coffee maker and you have no way of letting me know when I will receive my merchandise let alone where in the world it might be. A bit frustrating!"
