"Service is pretty basic. I never had to make a claim. Prices are fair. The quality and performance of the website is very poor, slow page loading often times timing out. There is an option to add another plan, but the website only allows you to make one purchase at a time. There is no indication of which field is wrong when an error is made. I already have an account, why can't I just add new devices to my account then pay. Tabbing from field to field doesn't work as expected. It took me longer to checkout than to write this review."

"I tried to sign up my kid's laptop 5 times before it finally went through. I kept clicking on "complete purchase" and nothing happened. Finally, I was able to get a step further, but it said my credit card didn't work. I checked everything on my credit card (it was correct as I had entered), and it still wouldn't work. I called the customer service line, and after being on hold for over five minutes, it said to leave a number and they would call me back. I left my number, they did not ever call me back (in 24 hours). I can only hope and pray that nothing will happen to my son's laptop this school year... if something does, I hate to think what the claims process will be!"

"When I logged in the first time, parents were already telling me that they were having issues and sure enough, I could set up an account but I couldn't get my payment to process. I waited a few days and then had success. Not sure if you can't do both steps in 1 day or if they figured out the kink and fixed it. Regardless, glad to get this complete for my student."
