"The tool for matching VIN # to the parts needs improvement. I put in my VIN and the tool gave me the floor mats and cargo mats for my vehicle. When I called about buying in person, confusion set in. I am so glad I called. The tool suggested the products for the HYBRID model, which mine is not. I'm over a hundred miles away from this dealership so a return within 15 days would have been costly, time consuming and just very inconvenient. I'm writing this after I placed my order with a free shipping promo code. The confirmation email says they may be calling for additional shipping charges. I'm hoping that doesn't happen. If it is indeed free shipping this will remain a wonderful shopping experience. If they want more money to ship I may cancel the order and pay full retail at a dealership closer to me."
