"Sewing Machines Plus does not keep accurate inventory on their web-site for items listed they actually have in stock, so if you are ordering a item you or your wife needs, I strongly suggest you call and verify they have said item in stock before the order is placed.
We placed an order for two items for my wife's Janome machine on Jan 05 2015, the next day I received a e-mail stating one item listed as In Stock on their site Was Not in stock and on back order expected delivery 1-2 weeks.
Okay well shucks she needs that item so she pushed an item and started another item, so I called almost one week later asking where was the item at that was in stock? The guy I spoke to was nice and apologized stating he would put a note in and have it shipped, well another week still no item so I called again asking the same question and a nice woman which she also apologized stating it was a mis-communication and would get the item shipped out. Four days later called again, asking what is going on here, where is my wife's item?
I called again today Jan 26th and they finally refunded my money for the elusive item and stated our order that was in stock on Jan 05 was finally out for delivery.
Again they have a lot of nice stuff, but do not trust their website inventory, if you need the item and do not want to wait a long time you call them and verify said item is in stock ready for shipment.
