A phone call was required to determine that one piece had to be custom made and that is why it was not shipped. It arrived later. There is still one foot not arrived, but it was indicated to be delivered later. Machine and pieces are as advertised and expected."

"I love the sewing caddy, however I received it damaged. I called Sewing Machines Plus and they notified the vendor. The vendor sent out a replacement but the replacement was also damaged. I decided to keep the one with the least damage for fear that a third shipment may also arrive damaged. The damage was not due to packing or shipping...it was packaged up damaged before shipping, which I was surprised that the vendor would not do a closer inspection of their products before shipping. So I was not happy with the damaged products (twice) and wasn't willing to try a third time. In the future I will not purchase any product from that vendor."
