"Delivery of merchandise was quick, Returns have been a mightmare. The person who I finally talked about my return was helpful, BUT, it took almost two weeks to get a RMA number for a return (after I threaten to put the charge in dispute with my CC), I bought more than one item and returned the most expensive item, they credited me with the cheaper item which I still have. They performed some crazy math which include return postage (which I paid for the return). I have sent notice through email and left a message via phone of the mistake and have yet to hear back. Will end up putting the charge in dispute with the credit card company this coming Tuesday. It a shame we cant charge for poor service like this. I will not buy from them again!"
