"I love the machine! It is just as nice as the "big name" machines I tried at shows and shops. I have had no problems with the quilting and am having a great time with it!! I had some issues getting it to work on my frame (Grace Queen), but was able to work them out on my own. I would have given it 5 stars, but the printed instructions are somewhat lacking and I need to call for tech support (Scott is very nice) to have my questions answers."
