Once healed enough to delve into my new acquisition I could not find the "key" necessary to make adjustments to the dress form. I am sure they have much more pressing issues but this was a big issue to me and I certainly expected him to do what he could. I contacted Janome and ignored automated efforts to direct to me back to my place of purchase. The service dept there was wonderful and they mailed me a replacement key and directions on how to use it. Its not good when you tell someone you are going to do something and then don"t so perhaps going forward they will work at improving this aspect of their business . "
