I had trouble on the Singer sewing machine website. They were hard to figure out the correct attachment for my machine then they were out of stock.

Sewing Machines Plus site about delivery time was not working and therefore I had to call them. On the call they were very pleasant and helpful and were sorry and gave me a verbal update. On the web site it said 5 to 7 days delivery but it was double that time. My order was not time sensitive therefore it was not a concern. I believe their customer personnel are much better than their web sites. The product was just as advertised and I am delighted!"
