"I am very surprised to see this solicitation for a review. I ordered my machine (King Quilter) on 1-19-16; how can I review something I have not yet received? Sewing Machine Plus' webpage says ships in 3 - 7 days; I am beginning to think they made an error and it is more like 3 - 7 weeks (hopefully it isn't months~ ugh). It has been 3 weeks today and my machine hasn't even arrived at SMP (per a phone call with them yesterday and an email from them today) they will; however, let me know when it does arrive at their location and I can then track it's arrival from that point. "They" know I am upset about how long it is taking I have told them so. But "they over sold so it is taking time to get machines in." I was told a shipment arrived last Friday 2-5-16; however, my machine was not in that shipment. I am only hoping I have not made a $4,000. mistake and that the machine is actually worth the wait.... time will tell and apparently there is plenty of wait time when ordering from Sewing Machine Plus. My next post will be on Facebook and then my BLOG; I did want the machine here to at least try it out before I made comment; but since you asked............ "

"I just opened my order from Sewing Machine Plus. I purchased a Oliso Smart Iron. When I took iron out of the package the water tank had residue in it and there was black mold or tiny black bugs on the flip funnel. Then I noticed the plate of the iron has burnt stuff on it. I want a refund. I want a new clear iron, not a used product.
