"Placed an order with them at the end of January. In my excitement, I ordered the wrong item. They were very helpful in the exchange process and that's were it ended. I paid for the new item so I didn't have to wait for them to receive the exchange back and then ship my correct item. (That was January 28th). On February 5th I called to find out where the correct item was since I hadn't received it or shipping info. They told me the tracking was created on the 3rd and that I should receive it shortly. On the 10th I called back because I STILL had not received anything. Oh, and don't forget, I have 2 items that I have paid for at this point, no refund given on the returned item, and no new item in hand. On the 10th I call AGAIN, she informs me at this point that my item won't ship until the 15th!! ARE YOU SERIOUS, last week you told me it shipped already. I told them to cancel my order and refund me ALL my money. Bad business!!!"

Customer service member Nancy refuse to reimburse me because I open it. If a product don't work, it has a default in it and customers should be reimburse. This item is a waste of my money."
