"The sale never went through because there was an error with my telephone number associated with my visa so rather than contacting me right away to fix the error, I found out 3 days later when I contacted them about delivery that the sale had not gone through. From my end I received a confirmation e-mail indicating that the sale was completed. That 3 day delay resulted in not being able to get the machine since I had to return home to Canada and shipment would have been extremely expensive. They were prompt about releasing the hold on my visa so that was a positive. The other issue I had was that I found out from the singer/ pfaff dealer at home that the machine I was going to purchase was a discontinued model. I think ethically they should advise people that most of the discounted machines are discontinued models. Things worked out though because I purchased a new babylock for a few hundred dollars more than the pfaff I was looking to buy. I am delighted with the babylock. "
