"This order was originally placed on the 7th of Sept. It never got shipped till I called asking about it a week later. Then I was told it was shipped but I never received it. So it was reshaped & I got it on the 25th. I've ordered from them for a long time & never had this problem. The bad things g is once I place the order with them I never knowned when it's shipped. "
