"I got the blue topaz studs. They were really cute and were a great value for only $9.99. I was really happy. However, I got the penny mystery gift which wasn't worth the penny as it broke as soon as I took it out of the little plastic envelope it was in.
**Update** Shadora contacted me after this review was written and sent me a gift to try and make it right. It was very pretty and I am really pleased with the heart necklace I received. I REALLY appreciate them going above and beyond to make right an item that was only a penny to begin with. Because of the follow up I received and the gift that they sent to me, which they didn't have to, I will be shopping with Shadora again. They really do try and make sure you have a great experience."

"I recently purchased an Engagement Ring, and Wedding Ring set from Shadora for my Girl Friend. The rings were listed at 3,000.00 and I only paid about 660 for them. I was a little concerned about the quality of the stones and the accuracy of the certified diamonds but I decided to take a chance.
Man I am glad I did. As soon as I got the ring I took it to a local jewlery store and asked them to confirm the ring. They said immediately that they could tell it was real, and my paper work was accurate. I thought that the picuture was a little misleading, but I think that is every Jewler.
I was less than impressed with the jewlery box as it was not a traditional ring box for making a proposal, but that is really no complaint at that price. I also was slightly disappointed, their website says about trying to fill orders quickly and hopefully by the next day, but it took 3 days for them to process this order. Over all though I would definately shop here again, and just don't order something without having plenty of time from when you need it. "

"The picture I saw of the item I wanted was pretty. It was described as having black diamond accents and being sterling silver. The piece in the pictures was shiny and very nice looking. Upon receiving it and inspecting it, we found it to be the size of a penny, dull and painted black with not one stone, fake or real, on the entire piece. I was completely misled and will not shop here again. This piece was to be a graduation present for my sons girlfriend. I'd not give this to anyone for any reason. "

"I ordered a paid of "deluxe" earrings. Diamond studs. I wasn't impressed with the quality at all. Didn't look like diamonds. I ordered them because a week prior I bought a bracelet from 1saleaday and it was from Shadora and it was beautiful. So I'm not saying all their stuff is poor quality, however, I returned them almost 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from them at all. I even submitted an email a couple days ago regarding my order and return and haven't even recieved a response. I really hope they refund my money."
