"I was referred to this site by a friend, I ordered my husband two sets of earrings one set of " Black diamonds" and another set of unisex studs, the quality of this stuff actually matched the prices cheap. One of the "Diamonds" were missing, I guess you get what you pay for. I will not purchase anything else from them again nor will I refer people to this site."
"I ordered a B-day gift on 4/19 well in advance for the drop dead need by date. 10 days later, nothing. I emailed & a terse response was given that my package had not even shipped out till 5 days later ( even though I had a tracking number from THAT days placed order )! I was told it was in its way. On the drop dead due date I was told that there was nothing they could do until 3 weeks had passed!On May 11th I asked for a refund. VERY, very dissapointing. Too many other sites to order from, which I will do in the future!"

I wrote the company and they just said they'd pass my complaint along. Thanks for nothing. I can't judge the merchandise because it hasn't come. They use UPS, then switch to USPS mid-shipping. "I love Shadora. Every holiday, birthday and just because, my husband surprises me with something beautiful from Shadora. This last Christmas I received a beautiful Kate Middleton ring. But it was faulty (this is not typical, I've gotten about 20 pieces from them in perfect condition, this is an exception). After the holiday I emailed Shadora customer service. They immediately responded with apologies and offered credit or a refund because they did not have my size any longer. I loved this ring and delayed an answer until recently when they got a new order of this same ring in my size. I contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement ring in the mail to me the next day! I will always look at Shadora when shopping for jewelry first and recommend my friends do too."

I have ordered a large ring that is BEAUTIFUL & I ordered a 22" chain. I did accidently receive a 20" chain but it was SO pretty & a slightly different style that shown on the website (a much pretty one in my opinion) that I kept it & even ordered 3 more today!
Shadora, like nearly all online sites, has a return/refund policy that the buyer has to ship the item back. I too run an online store that uses paypal and that is also paypal's policy. That is part of buying online.
The long and short of it is, Shadora has amazing QUALITY jewelry. Worth way more than you will ever pay on their site. Their communication with their customers is great, even if you are rude and don't understand their policies, they still try to satisfy their buyers."

They are studs and are perfectly comfortable, even for me who has sensitive ears... I had great feedback after some shipping questions for Shadora and my item came in the mail very shortly.
