"Don't order from these guys. I ordered 10 days ago. They told me after 3 days the package had shipped and gave me a tracking number. No shipper has a package with that number. Sheinside claims the package is in route. Just tell me truth so I can prepare that my package won't be here for Christmas! If the product reflects the customer service I'll probably end up returning it."
"I ordered december 4th and after previous experience I wasn't expecting to receive my package until next year :) It took it 7 workong days to process and finally shipp, then got a tracking no that didn't work...so I contact them! They answear really fast, giving a good tracking no for ups and saying it was waiting to be delivered...and it was on the same day (Dec 23) !! Yeeey! I really love all the items i ordered and they totally fit (I am on the L-XL side :) I think the quality it's great for their prices, and for a 'made in china' product.
Overall I really like their Customer service as they answear promtly and give usefull info - things that are not displayed on the web on tracking and may be confusing. So it's really helpfull! As for the general deliverry delays, speaking from previous experience - it's not totally their fault, but the post & delivery system - in my case Romanian Post is known to be veeeery slooooow (so for something coming from China I think is reasonable to wait 20 days :)
They ask me to write a review because I wrote them first to thank them for their help - but this is my true opinion and experience!"

OK I have now received the item on 7th January. Camel Fur Hooded Buckle Ruffles Cape Coat
SKU:outerwear12110811 Ordered L as my daughter is size 12 and it fits perfectly. Beautifully made, lined and the fur is really soft. Cape has a good weight to it and my daughter is over the moon with it. Would highly recommend the cape. Worth the wait? if it wasn't a Xmas present then no problem waiting for such a nice garment.
Did receive good communications from customer service once I had highlighted the initial delay."
"Well I obviously got a tracking number and i have no trouble using it - it's just that this time sheinside has kind of mistaken the destination country, i don't know how "POLAND" sounds so similar to "NETHERLANDS" but when i track my order i can see that it has arrived to Poland, and then left to the Netherlands so im a little confused here. Not to mention I've been waiting for almost 20 days now and no one from sheinside staff has written me back (accept when i published a review here). its such a pity i'm never going to order anything there again because they seem to have great clothes. maybe some dutch girl is now enjoying this blouse i've ordered, who knows, right?

"My order should been shipped in Friday but still there's no information about it on sheinside track site. On online chat people told me twice everything is packed and ready to be shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday 22nd) yesterday other person on online chat told me that I have to wait another 3 days. I'm really disappointed.
EDIT: In fact my order has been delivered 7th January after about 1 month of waiting. Dress looks exactly like on the pictures, necklacke is a little bit different but still ok. After all: its a huge risk to order anything in ''busy season'' but items are from the pictures."

Actually, I put almost a month to receive it, but do not forget that these are products which mainly come from Asian countries, and this can put more or less time. It is reasonable, do not make your difficult, it is very affordable products!
