"I just copy & pasted my latest response to a customer service email. Tired of typing so much:
No I didn't recieve it. In fact, a number of your customer service reps informed me it would not ship by the 19th, which I can confirm it did not. Therefore I don't know why you're trying to convince me it was delivered by the 18th. I was still receiving emails from reps that very day about it not being able to be delivered by the 19th.
I left town on the 20th, hence why I needed the package by the 19th, also hence why I am so upset it did not arrive by then, after over a month of waiting.
I have had a neighbor standing by in case the package is delivered while I'm gone, still nothing.
I will not remove that review on sitejabber, nor will I alter it unless someone: 1. Makes a deal worth it to me and 2. I am actually able to speak with an operations director/ executive director of the company.
I have yet to see my order. I have yet to see if these clothes even look like the images I ordered online. I have corresponded via email with a plethora of incompetent, so called, customer service reps, and even some smug ones. This has been the most exhausting business transaction I have ever made, and I will never forget it, nor will I ever be given back the time I have wasted on this.
Sheinside.com is an embarrassing example of enterprise. I've already planned on contacting the Better Business Bureau pertaining to this shipwreck you call Sheinside. I guess I should at least thank you for the learning experience. I will warn everyone I come in contact with. I travel a lot too, so you can bet that I will spread the word thoroughly.
By the way, what kind of company doesn't have a phone number?"
"I ordered a scarf on Dec 3 and still have not received any email or anything on the status of my order. After urging shipment 3 times I decided to write an email to the company because I read everyone else's reviews. Obviously if you are interested in this company it is a mistake "

"What a great experience! I was worried by the previous reviews but I did not have any issue with my order. The items arrived in a timely fashion and they were exactly as described.
From order to delivery took a little less than three weeks but it was worth the wait to get my adorable clothes! Everything arrived in time for me to wrap for Christmas gifts.
My birthday is coming up and I will be shopping here again and treating myself! "

I can NOT get any information about the other two orders. no tracking number, no date of shipping, NOTHING! this company should tell its costumers, it take over a month to receive a order and as much as 20 days to get a tracking number or any information about your orders. Last week I got the fourth and final item from my order. If you are cool with ordering something online, and then having no clue whats happening with your order for several months, then items showing up in your mailbox randomly, order from here.
I'm okay with the quality of my products, good quality for the price-- a bit better than Forever21. I've been wearing the jacket I purchased pretty consistently (the pockets were sewn shut, but a knife took care of that), and everything else looks just as it should. No complaints on quality, I'm not paying designer prices for a reason, and the quality was maybe even a little better than I expected.
But... when I order things I like to know where they are and when I can expect to see them. Their shipping policies at the time I placed the order said they ship from far away, but your items should be in the mail within a week. That did not happen. Their customer service was decent, but really, if you list an item as in stock, it shouldn't be difficult to ship it within a week or two. If the item wasn't actually in stock, they needed to say that. If they had said from the beginning that my order would have taken nearly two months to arrive, I would have been happier.
In all honesty, I posted on this site because I saw people who "complained" here got tracking numbers within 24 hours. I wonder if I would have my stuff yet if I hadn't found this site.
They did respond every time I contacted them, so I won't fault them on customer service either... but they need to either fix the way they ship or what they tell you about their shipping.

I placed an order on November 30th and it hasn't arrived yet. I expected it to ship within 10 business days as their site promises, but the status on my shipment still says "urging shipment"
I contacted them and did get a reply saying "sorry, one of the dresses is really popular".... um.... the website still says it is in stock, STILL. I can understand a few days, an extra week, but dang it's been almost a month. I am really glad I hadn't planned on wearing these to a special occasion.
So anyway, I am moving in like a few weeks so I contact them via chat. I talk to someone who confirms that "that dress is still not ready" so I'm like okay then, can I change the shipping address, he says sure. I give him the info, he confirms. I think I'm all set.... It's been another week, I logged in, the shipping address still shows the OLD address online.
I'm considering canceling my order at this point... I mean if they aren't going to ship it any time soon maybe I can spend that money elsewhere.
It's highly unlikely that I'll order from here again."

After horrible customer service and the LIES and complete rudeness.. (I have total proof of the conversation that took place) that I was being told I decided that I would just cancel the order. "Update! I just want to update to say they are now emailing people to write good comments to receive a discount. Disgusting. Your service is terrible and you paying people to write good comments is not making it any better.
Horrible. They deserve 0 stars (I wish that was an option). Poor customer service. They'll respond to you if you threaten to cancel your order or report them as fraud. They'll also keep asking for your order number and telling you that it will be sent out, BUT It won't. If you pay for express shipping it won't be sent out within the 7 days or even within the month. You'll probably get it after 6 months or so based on their poor customer service and past customer reviews. I ended up cancelling my order after a month because my order was "processing" and they did not know when they would be sending it out. I've also read some reviews about poor quality clothes so I'm happy I cancelled. It's better to spend a few more dollars to buy clothes from a trustworthy site, than to buy cheaper clothes on this site, wait forever for it to arrive and find out the quality is horrible. "

"My order had taken 3 weeks and 5 days to arrive although it was urgent shipping but it took them all this time to send it and it was going to take more time if I didn't contact customer service to send what is ready only because I needed the clothes for a vacation they have bet really helpful and fast replying but even after all this it still arrived after I came back from my vacation and I didn't enjoy them that much.

"I ordered a cute sweater and was told I would receive an email within five business days to update me on the status of the order. I have received an email that my order was, "processing" but since then I have not been notified of it's progress. I have checked the status repeatedly and "urged shipment" countless times. It has been nearly a month and I have written a total of FOUR emails to the company with NO RESPONSE!! Where is my package? Why is it taking forever? Why are there so many positive reviews on the website when there are so many negative reviews everywhere else? This company seems really suspicious and fraudulent. The poor English on the website makes it even more suspicious. Is this just some scam??? -update: my package arrived. Terrible quality. Extremely disappointing. Product way too small, but I don't want to wait another month and a half just to get my goods so am cutting my losses. I am now being harassed with emails by their company to remove this bad review. "The greatest thing about the website is that the prices are fair and the clothes are so cute that I have big problems to find as nice clothes in the physical shops here. Big problem is, as everyone has been complaining, the enormous amounts of time it takes to prepare the parcels and ship them. Honestly with a little bit more organisation and few more employees I am sure they'd make it as some other online shops do! On the other side they've made everything they could to send the parcel as soon as they could (even if it took still almost 3 weeks with the express delivery). The clothes are not as I expected but they're still very cute, cozy and comfortable! I am sure more purchases will be made on this website.
So Sheinside, more organisation and I am sure you'd top the ratings! "
